This book studies Simulation Modeling in Markovian Decision theory, adapts finite and infinite models for the solution of multi-purposes River Basin Engineering Development Planning and Management problems. Methodology involves methods and experiments and data were collected from Ministries and Parastatals. The book is mainly on Exhaustive Enumeration/dynamic Model, to decision making involved in Anambra-Imo River Basin Projects. Consequently, 8years minimum and 21years full capacity utilization of the basin’s assets would give massive employment to Managers, Planners, Engineers, Technologists, Technicians, Artisans etc. It will raise the country’s foreign reserve and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
