Firth, Professor Sir Israel Gollancz (Secretary of the Academy), Dr. R. L. Poole, Dr. G. W. Prothero, Professor T. F. Tout, and Sir George Warner. A grant in aid has been voted by Parliament on the proposal of the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury towards the expenses of the publication of the Series.
