These proceedings present the first English translation of Gregory's "Homilies on the Beatitudes" by Stuart Hall, accompanied by a thorough commentary by Anthony Meredith, Andreas Spira, Francoise Vinel, Lucas Mateo-Seco, Thomas Bohm, Karl-Heinz Uthemann, Claudio Moreschini and Robert Wilken.
