Information is a word that is ruling the world in all aspects. All decisions either critical or simple are based on the relevant information. Information has to be accurate and obtained at the right time to enable effective decision. It is distributed and exists in various forms, and has to be integrated to give the information to the requester. From the literature survey, the limitations of the existing architecture are, lack of comprehensiveness in addressing the components and improper chaining in usage of components and tools which has led to inappropriate inclusion of third party components. Information is tightly coupled with applications and data sources and therefore, lack in including procedures, standards and policies and consider it to be separate entity and reusable resource.These limitations have motivated to design and verify comprehensive service oriented information integration architecture. The proposed architecture named InfoMars is derived from existing architecture by applying unit operations. Infomars has evaluated using Colored Petri Net and Case Study based Approach. Thus InfoMars has achieved comprehensiveness and provides end to end solution.
