This book “Essential Concepts of General Chemistry” is written specifically for student in tertiary institution for the award of Higher and National Diploma, NCE, PGD as well as B.Sc. (Hons) in the University, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education. It is also written in a simple language with sixteen (16) chapters which were broken into sections and smaller units so as to facilitate easy understanding, comprehension and recapitulation of the content, principles and applications of general chemistry.
