----- 文化组织的创新:企业家行为的发展和生存的艺术
In the business of culture, innovation is increasingly discussed, yet »innovation« is an economic concept by which the growth of capitalist economies has been explained since Schumpeter, while culture has been traditionally credited with the progress. In this book, a concept of innovation for art organizations is developed out of economic theory for the first time. In this way, »innovation« becomes an overarching observational and explanatory category of current processes of change, which are usually described as audience development, education, new media, etc.Three case studies, including the Berlin Philharmonic, trace which specific innovations emerge, how work and organizational self-understanding changes, and what that means for the future of traditional concepts and social forms of art.
