----- 生殖激素受体与信号传导
Although the hormonal regulation of reproduction has long been recognized, the mechanisms have until recently remained obscure. Methods for studying the molecular structure and regulation of receptor synthesis are now available and this critical phase in endocrine control is being opened up. This publication describes some of these newer methods, and the evolutionary insights gained. In addition, the role of endocrine, cellular and membrane mechanisms involved in setting up the uterine conditions for pregnancy are reviewed. It will be of particular interest to reproductive biologists, endocrinologists and other scientists involved in this field of research.
