----- 新大陆灵长类动物生物学与保护
In recent years there has been a dramatic increase in studies of New World monkeys, both in captivity and in nature. The aim of this special issue is to present new material on a wide variety of topics covering a considerable number of genera. The number of contributions on callitrichid primates reflects current interest in this group. Timely and interesting, the publication contains invited papers relating to the biology and conservation of New World species as well as papers that were presented at a meeting organised under the auspices of the Primate Society of Great Britain.
