I liked the second half of the book because it approached well current themes of discussion. I didnt enjoy a lot the first part because it talked a lot about laws and specific terms.

I rated this book with three stars because I expected more quantitative data and more qualitative feedback from the market and industrial annalists but the given thesis in the book looked pretty much based on academic/internal groups. Good summaries and situation updates based on regulatory framework and latest legal situations but it was expected more. Hiro
