----- 胰腺外科:过去、现在和未来
This publication provides answers on selected current topics of significant clinical interest in pancreatic surgery. Topics discussed include new fluid-collection definitions in the management of acute pancreatitis; the role of C-reactive protein to predict the occurrence of surgical site infection following pancreaticoduodenectomy; and outcomes of minimally invasive pancreatic surgery. This is followed by a detailed description of pancreatic surgical technique variations/approaches. The role of total pancreatectomy is also looked at in depth, as is the management of locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Initiated by the International Association of Surgeons, Gastroenterologists and Oncologists (IASGO), this publication brings together an international panel of experts who have contributed both original and review papers that are of special interest to clinicians.
