This book of exercises offers students helpful tips and support pertaining to handling cases in criminal law throughout their entire course of studies from the introduction to criminal law up to and including first state examinations. It is divided into three sections: The criminal law exercises within the scope of legal training will be adopted in the first section. In addition, general methodical principals of case handling as well as the special features to be observed in the course of exams and homework will also be presented.
