----- 领导和管理教育:国际视角
There is a growing expectation that leaders and managers in education will reflect an international perspective in their practice, reflecting on their roles, responsibilities and tasks in the context of increasing globalisation. An understanding of developments in leadership and management in different parts of the world is therefore not an academic exercise, but a crucial resource for individuals, teams and governments in selecting appropriate practice and policy within their own environment. Consequently this book is of interest to all who lead and manage in education. It sets out to challenge some of the âacceptedâ norms and paradigms in educational leadership and management by providing a range of perspectives on key themes, drawing on contrasting examples of practice from different national and cultural settings, mapping the international landscape of leadership and management in education. It also aims to reduce isolation and build confidence in educational managers as part of a global community of professional educators, offering a bridge to link all those contributing to the endeavour of educating children and adults wherever they may be.
