Miscarriage is a common problem in obstetrics and often experienced in woman’s life. It occurs in about 10 percent of pregnancy and is more frequent with increasing age and in women with previous miscarriages. It has many clinical forms and different known causes, although most miscarriages remain unexplained. When counselling a patient, Doctors share anguish with their patients when they are compelled to inform them on the causes remained unexplained and on the scarce chances to prevent the recurrence. All this triggered the authors to plan and make a book on miscarriages, wishing they may add knowledge to doctors and hope to families who experience the problem.
