"Handbook of Common Problems in Clinical Nephrology" has been written to assist clinicians in assessing and treating problems that arise in the course of patient care. The recommendations are general guidelines which may or may not apply to a particular patient. Individualization of drugs, dosages, assessments, tests and treatment schedules should be considered when treating specific patients. The reader is advised to carefully consult instruction and information included in the package insert of any prescribed medication and to consult the references provided at the end of each chapter.
