Carbohydrates play an important role in many biological and biochemical processes, including the fertilization, cell differentiation and maturation,protein folding and degradation[6]. Carbohydrate-active enzymes(CAZymes) play key roles in glycobiology. They are involved in the synthesis and degradation of complex carbohydrates and glyco-conjugates.
