In Chapter Three, Takayuki Nakamura discusses the necessity for the upcoming generation to attain knowledge about nuclear safety and regulations. The creation of a project which encourages students to create robots with the goal of decommissioning Fukushina Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant is explained.
