Gastrointestinal cancer is the most frequently diagnosed type of cancer worldwide. Gastrointestinal cancer is the cancer of different organs within the digestive system, including the esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine, rectum and anus.
