Being a student at the university that the authors lecture at, I admittedly felt pressured from the course into buying this book and due to the price held off as long as I physically could but I had wished I had bought it sooner! This book was extremely useful for my assignments for my counselling diploma and also very interesting to read for my practice. It is explained clearly and set out clearly, unlike some other books on this same subject I have read. The only reason it hasn't been given 5 stars is the price - should be cheaper especially as it is aimed more at students.
