----- 创建市民消费者:改变公众与公共服务
This book is about a strange figure - the demanding and sceptical citizen-consumer. We explore how s/he was discovered and interpreted and - most importantly - how s/he came to play a cetral role in the continuing remaking of public services. We explore the principle of choice, amongst others, across a range of public service provision - health, social care and policing - using empirical data from an ESRC funded study.
