The college charter. The leading object of the college shall be to teach subjects relating to agriculture and the mechanic arts, so as to promote liberal and practical education. This issue of the catalogue represents the status of the college for the current college year, with provisional announcement of courses of study and other matters for the year to follow. When deemed necessary, additional announcements are made in a supplementary bulletin, published In the spring. The college reserves, for itself and its departments, the right to withdraw or change the announcements made in its catalogue.
