Great book and written well. Its detailed and useful if you are interested in developing nursing practice. Its a spring board to the development of the next steps we need to take and gives details in a readable fashion. Its not designed for student nurses and it would be helpful to have some experience of healthcare before you read it.

Erin Toner

An excellent book on the skill of practice development, particularly good for anyone starting out on the practice development journey. It is not necessary to read it from front to back, each chapter can be read separately in any order you like.
