Preachers,-who have written their autobiographies, have been able to mingle very exciting matters part of which they saw, and part of which they were. We belong to a class a little subsequent. True, we have labored where thrilling traditions are Cherished and recited. But they are traditions, and if they are not infected with accumulation, in descending to the third generation, they have been remarkably preserved from a great family disease. We do not wish to propagate any thing but what we know to be truth.
