A bold-faced type is used for the title of the sections; ordinary type in giving the pro-visions of the law or laws referred to by the title; at smaller sized ordinary type for further explanations of the law, the substance of judicial opinions, and other com ments; and italics for the citations of law and judicial opinions, and for references to other portions of the manual and to other literature.
