Edward Terry,' the Chaplain of Sir Thomas Roe, the ambassador to the great Mughal, most inaccurately describes Jahangir's great seal, and remarks that the impression whereof is not made in any kind of wax, but ink. Purchas (vol. I, p. 591) gives us a fairly faithful drawing of it.
