----- 信息技术对地学影响的现状与未来展望
Most geoscientists are aware of the startling progress of information technology. But many lack the broad appreciation of the complex and profound interactions of geoscience and IT that they need to stay on course. An explicit view is needed of geoscience methodology that, in more stable times, would be taken for granted. This book aims to guide the reader through these exciting developments. It is aimed primarily at practicing geoscientists with a general interest in how IT will affect their work and influence future directions of the science; geoscientists familiar with IT applications in their own field who need a broader perspective; and students or educators specializing in IT applications in geoscience who require a top-down view of their subject.
